This event will provide Falcons Fans with the opportunity to view the Falcons simulated game, sneak-a-peek of the newly renovated Georgia Dome as well as meet Falcons players, coaches and cheerleaders during the autograph session.
Available seats will be tagged and available for purchase during the general public session from 12 noon to 4 PM
Falcons Season Ticket Holders in attendance will receive a special gift and priority tickets for the autograph session.

New Exhibitions at the Quinlan Visual Arts Center

New Exhibitions to open at the Quinlan Visual Arts Center
GAINESVILLE, Ga. (August 14, 2008-October 12) – Thirty-five artists from Atlanta’s Aliya Linstrum Gallery and the Matre Gallery will be exhibiting their recent works in a show called “Merge,” which marks union of these galleries into Linstrum + Matre Artworks.
Artists to be featured include Steve Penley, Carl Linstrum, Rob Matre, Lu Steed, Susan Grossman, Gerard Erley, Richard Painter, Kate Sanel and Steven Wolverine.
Also showing at this time will be artist Lorraine Christie. Originally of Belfast, Ireland and now residing in Roswell Georgia, Christie will be showing her distinctive still life, landscapes and figurative works.
Jonathan Roy of New York City, Atlanta, and Athens will be bringing something different to the Quinlan, monumental figures rendered in black and white.
The Quinlan Visual Arts Center, 514 Green Street, N.E. is located in the heart of the historic Green Street district of downtown Gainesville. The regular operating hours of the Quinlan are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., and Sunday from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. Admission is free to the public.
